Shipping Policy

Current TAT is 1-3 business days if order is placed by 3:00pm EST. All UVDTF, DTF and Sublimation are printed as orders are placed. The first business day starts the day after the order is placed. 

All items will be shipped according to their TAT time. Please ensure that when you place an order, if you combine it with a product that has a longer TAT, then the TAT for your order is extended to allow time to fulfill the product with a longer TAT. If you would like to receive part of your order sooner, please place separate orders.

If your order gets returned to sender due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will be required to pay for shipping again.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been released to the shipping provider we have no way of accessing information beyond what is provided by the shipping provider. If you file a claim for a lost package you do so at your own will and know that you will loss access to track a package after filing.

US ONLY: Free shipping only applies to order of $200 or more before tax and shipping.
